1 教学目标
知识目标:能用所学词语及句子谈论去上学的方式,
词语包括 by bus, by train, by taxi, on foot;
句子包括 How do you usually go to school?
I often/usually go to school by bus/car/train/bike/taxi;
I often walk to school
=I often go to school on foot;
2.能力目标:能在生活中或适当的情境下使用到所学的交通方式有关
词汇及句子;
提高学生的听说能力;
3.情感目标:通过本课的学习,培养学生的“绿色出行”意识。
2 学情分析
本次授课的对象为我校五年级的学生,作为农村小学生,平时接触英语
的机会和时间极少,英语基础较薄弱,但是也有了两年多的英语学习经
历,对英语有了一定的认识;考虑到学生的实际情况和本节课的听说课
课型,我采用的最多的是反复记忆和领读法,让学生在游戏中学会运用
交通工具的词语和句型,提高学生的听说能力。
3 重点难点
教学重点:能听懂和运用交通工具的表达用语: by car, by bus, by train,
by taxi, by bike, on foot
能正确运用 How do you usually go to school?
I usually go to school by-/on-
教学难点:能熟练运用所学句型 How do you usually go to school?
I usually go to school by car...

1. Warm-up
Greet: Are you happy?
Chant: Hello!
2. Lead-in
T: I usually go to school by bus, how about you?
Ss: walk
T: you can say: I often walk to school.
(引出课题) Today, we’ll learn a new unit: Unit 6 I often walk to school.
Walk(带读)
(出示 PPT)tell me what are they?
Bus, car…(板书加 by)
单词:
带读—play guess game—带读(大小声)--给出图片,加深单词印象
3.引句型:How do you usually go to school?
I often walk to school.
=I often go to school on foot/ by bus/car…
3. Listen and try to follow it.
带读—Let’s make the role-play.
1 group of 6, I plays Pat, 1 plays students and so on.
And then I will ask some groups to act it.
