Some may feel so worried that they spend almost all the time studying, but fail to get the desired result. Here I have some suggestions on how to adapt ourselves to the new life. First, we need to set achievable goals and then work hard to reach them one by one. At school, we should be attentive in class and think actively. After school, we’d better take some time to revise what we have learnt during the day. Second, we must have a balanced diet and exercise regularly, which may help us reduce stress and keep fit.
