Is it beautiful or ugly? What… made of? What size is it? What color is it? 【设计意图】通过引导学生创编对话的互动,复习学过的知识。 Step 2 Pre-listening Let Ss say the different professions according to the pictures. T: Who often wears this uniform? 【设计意图】通过展示图片,复习有关职业的词汇,引发学生对制服和职业的联想。 Step 3 While-listening 1. Listen to 1a and answer the following questions. T: Before listening, you should read these questions first, and think what you should pay attention to while listening. 【设计意图】培养学生听前阅读、理解问题,有目的的进行听的习惯和意识,提高听力效率。 Step 4 Post-listening 1. Guide Ss to role-play the conversation in 1a. T: Pay attention to the pronunciation and intonation. 【设计意图】指导学生进行角色扮演,提高学生的口头表达能力。 2. Present and guide Ss to guess and learn the key points of 1a. (1) It’s true that suitable uniforms can show good discipline. ①本句是一个 it 作形式主语的复合句,真正的主语是 that 从句, 其结构为 It is+adj.+that 从 句。 e.g. It is necessary that people wear different clothes.人们穿不同的衣服是很有必要的。 ②suitable uniforms 得体的校服 拓展:suitable to do sth. 做某事适合 I don’t have anything suitable to wear for the party. 我没有适合在聚会上穿的衣服。 (2) Can you tell me what Miss Wang says? 本句为含有特殊疑问词 what 引导的宾语从句的复合句。可拆为两个简单句: Can you tell me? What does Miss Wang say? 拓展:把特殊疑问句转为宾语从句的变化步骤: ① 确定引导词:特殊疑问词(不能省略); ② 更改语序:陈述句语序,即“主语+谓语+其他”; ③ 注意人称变化; ④ 注意时态变化。 e.g. Can you tell me? Who are you waiting for?(合并为一句) Can you tell me who you are waiting for? 【设计意图】学习本环节的目标知识点,进一步理解对话内容。 3. Let Ss make up new conversations in groups of four after the example. Example: A: Can you tell me what Maria asks? B: She asks what materials they should choose. 【设计意图】引导学生根据范例,练习特殊疑问词引导的宾语从句,训练学生对本语法点的 进一步掌握。 Task 2 Step 1 Pre-listening Present two pictures and talk about the question and then learn some new words. T: Why do they need to wear uniforms? 【设计意图】引发学生对制服的思考,并学习新词,为接下来的听力扫清词汇障碍。 Step 2 While-listening Listen to 2a and put A, B, and C in the right places. T: Before listening, you should read this conversation first, and think what you should pay attention to while listening. 【设计意图】锻炼学生通过听,提取有效信息的能力。 Step 3 Post-listening 1. Read 2a again and answer the questions. Then try to give a short report. 【设计意图】引导学生阅读对话,理解对话内容并回答问题,加深对对话的理解。 2. Present and guide Ss to guess and learn the key sentences of 2a. (1) Could you tell me when you wear your uniforms?你能告诉我你们什么时候穿制服吗? when 引导宾语从句时译为“什么时候”。 e.g. I don’t know when he will come. 我不知道他什么时候回来。 拓展:when 引导时间状语从句时译为“当……时”。 e.g. Patients can find us easily when they are in need.当病人需要的时候,他们能够很容易的找 到我们。 (2) And our uniforms may stop some people from doing bad things.我们的制服可以防止一些人 干坏事。 stop… from doing sth. = keep… from doing sth. 阻止、防止……干某事 e.g. Her parents tried to stop her from seeing him. 她父母试图阻止她看见他。 拓展:① stop doing sth. 停止做某事(停止正在做的事情) e.g. Suddenly everyone stopped talking. 突然每个人都停下来不说话了。 ② stop to do sth. 停下(正在做的事)去做(另一件事) e.g. We stopped to take pictures. 我们停下来去照相。 【设计意图】学习本环节的目标知识点,进一步理解对话内容。 3. Present the pictures about uniforms and guide Ss to act as one of them and interview in pairs to make a conversation similar to 2a. And then ask several pairs to role-play in class. 【设计意图】训练学生互相采访,谈论制服的作用,活学活用目标语言。 Project Guide Ss to make up new conversations after the example, using the sentences in the box. T: Pay attention to the word order of object clause. 【设计意图】引导学生运用特殊疑问词引导的宾语从句互相了解对方关于服装的一些信息, 综合输出语言。 Test Present the exercises and let the Ss have a test. Complete the sentences. 1. The CCTV reporter is i_________ the policeman. She wants to make a report of him. 2. We must _________ _________ (执行) the plan at once. 3. People _________ _________ (处于困境之中) can find the police easily if they wear uniforms. 4. We usually wear uniforms when we are at work.
