Plants (Unit3, S1A Oxford English)
教学设计说明:
1. 本堂课是阅读教学第一课时,课题是牛津教材 S1A Unit 3 的 Reading “Plants”,是一篇
关于四种常见植物介绍的说明文。通过对这些植物的简单介绍让学生了解我们的自然世
界,该篇文章的组织结构非常清晰,但是所涉及的词汇有些生涩,需要先让学生对这些
植物名称有所了解,通过学生事先自己查找相关资料和教师教学过程中注意引导,让他
们理解文章内容。
2. 本课教学知识目标为:让学生熟悉这些植物的相关词汇和课文的内容,即这些植物的外
形,习性和作用。能力目标:训练学生的阅读技能和口语表达,增进团队合作能力,就
生活中常见植物功效的描述能力。情感目标:让学生了解植物对我们环境的重要性,意
识到爱护植物和保护环境的重要意义。
教学步骤分 pre-reading,while-reading 和 post-reading
a) 在 pre-reading 中 让学生通过猜出各种常见植物的名称以激发他们对文章的阅读兴
趣,然后带着问题去略读,查读,细读。
b) skimming 让学生对文章有个初步的了解。
c) Scanning 让学生根据相关描述来定位是哪种植物。
d) Detailed-reading 以帮助学生深入了解文章中介绍的 4 种植物信息。在细读过程中引
导学生找出这些植物所具有的特性,在阅读过程中通过寻找出中心句和段落内举例
等阅读策略的指导让学生更好的理解文章内容,找出相关信息。
e) post-reading 中向学生展示日常生活中常见的植物,以了解它们的功效,而之后讨论
活动的设计以围绕环境保护为主,以激发他们的环保意识。
3. 对此篇文章阅读能力的训练,内容的理解,只是教学目的的一部分,在教材活动共的设
计中,考虑到将教学生活化,让学生熟悉的一些有趣的植物为出发,让他们有意识的去
关注日常生活中随处可见的植物,以图片展示,猜测花名等形式来扩充他们对植物的知
识面,借此形式,再延伸到现实生活中许多植物因为环境,气候等的影响濒临绝种,以
此激起他们对植物,动物,环保的意识。而课堂活动形式的多样化可以充分调动学生的
学习兴趣,让他们在竞赛中表现自己,在合作中互相帮助,以较轻松的课堂氛围来交流
所思所想,所感所得。
