Teaching steps:
Step 1: Ask students to read the introduction and point out the six parts of a short
message.
①Write the date on the right top.

④The message is what you want to say about the topic.
⑤There are a number of ways to close a message, including Best wishes,Yours truly

⑥We sign our personal name for close friends.

the names of the six note parts, and then move on to complete Exercise A2,
referring back to previous notes where necessary. Afterwards,check the
