When we do first aid, we must pay attention to three important things. First we must make sure whether the person is still breathing. Open his mouth to see if there is any food at the back of his mouth. Then try our best to start the person’s breathing within a few minutes, or he will die. Coats and sweaters can be used if a blanket can not be found. * Reassure the victim. Explain what if happening and that help has been called. * Do not give the victim any food or fruit. * Keep the bystanders away from the victim.
