towels and tape, and applied pressure to
the wounds to slow the bleeding.

How to give first aid?
STEP 1: Hold your baby so that he or she is lying face down
along your forearm with his head lower than his bottom(臀部).
STEP 2: Use the heel(后根部) of your hand to give up to
five blows on his back.
If an adult get choked. How to give the first aid?
STEP 1: Help the victim stand and stand behind him with your
chest behind his back.
STEP 2: Form a fist with one hand and place your fist, thumb
side in, just below the person’s rib cage(肋骨) in the front.
STEP 3: Cover your fist with your other hand. Keeping your
arms off the person’s rib cage, give four quick inward and upward
thrusts(猛推).
STEP 4: You may have to repeat this several times until the
obstructing object(堵塞物) is coughed out.

Now listen carefully, when one sprained his
ankle, you should follow these instructions:
Mind you don’t move his ankle because it can
make him feel more awful. Make sure that he
sits down and then you lift his foot. Take care to
put a cool ice pack on the ankle to release the
pain. Cover the foot and ankle with firm
bandages. If it is still painful and bleeding, go to
the hospital at once.
