V. Example
I am a high school student. I want to feel better about myself and be
healthier because sometimes I get down, have no energy and worry about
things too much.
I decided to change my diet to make it healthier. For example, I
stopped eating fast food so often, and introduced fruit and vegetables into
my diet every day. Instead of sleeping late on weekends, I got up at
regular time and went jogging for 30 minutes.
Now, because I become healthier, I become much happier and better
about myself too. This has made me more confident to make new friends
and try new things.
