Warm-up Watch a video 教师播放儿歌 The Animal Sounds Song，学生观看。 T: Well done! Next let’s listen to a sing about the animal sounds. 设计意图：通过活泼欢快的儿歌形式，活跃课堂教学氛围，培养学生的英语学习兴趣，便于 学生理解和记忆动物的相关词汇。 Step 2. Presentation 1. Look, listen and learn T: This lesson we will learn another four adjective words. The first one is long. (1) 教师出示 long 和 short 的单词卡片和音频，让学生跟读并感知单词的意思。 (2) 教师出示 big 和 small 的单词卡片和音频，让学生跟读并感知单词的意思。 (3) 教师出示 tail 的单词卡片并带读，让学生跟读并感知单词的意思。 设计意图：利用图文及音频相结合的方式，讲授本课重点单词，帮助学生牢记。同时引导学 生注意反义词，扩展知识储备。 2. Look, say and spell 逐一呈现四个单词，让学生说出单词，并拼写。 T: Now let’s play a game. You should say the English words and spell it. 设计意图：通过游戏的方式，进一步巩固本课时所学词汇。 2. Let’s do 教师播放课本 P28 Let’s do 的动画，让学生边看书边听音。第二次播放动画，让学生跟读跟 做。 T: First let’s watch the chant. Then listen again and follow it. 设计意图：通过看、听、说、做等途径来巩固重点词汇，并活跃课堂气氛。 3. Do exercise 教师呈现词汇互动练习，学生根据词汇选择正确图片。 T: Now let’s watch the video and practice the words. 设计意图：通过拍照小游戏的形式，考察学生对 big, fat, short, small, tall, thin 6 个单词的掌 握情况。 4. Pair work 教师呈现一些动物图片，学生仿照对话，两两一组。一个学生选择一个动物，另一个同学用 句型 It is/has …来形容这个动物，进行口语练习。 设计意图：通过合作的方式，进行口语练习，帮助学生再次巩固了本课的重点词汇。 5.
