Before we start our new lesson, let’s play a game: tick or cross. 设计意图:通过看图片判断对错,活跃课堂气氛,复习上一单元的重点知识。 Pair work 教师让学生两人一组,作对话练习。如: T: Well done! Now please make a dialogue with your partner. A: How tall are you? B: I’m … meters. A: Oh, you are taller / shorter than me. How heavy are you? B: I’m … kilograms. A: Oh, I’m / you’re heavier than you / me. 设计意图:通过设置的语境,巩固上一单元的重点内容,锻炼学生综合运用语言的能力。 Look and learn 教师介绍外国孩子的课余生活。 设计意图:通过文化补充,了解外国孩子的课余生活,开拓学生的知识面。 Step Presentation Look, listen and learn T: Now let’s start to learn some new words of the past tense of verbs. The first one is cleaned my room. 1. 教师出示词组 clean my room 及其意思,并提问 What did you do? 然后出现 clean my room 的过去式 cleaned my room,教师领读,学生跟读,并用 I cleaned my room. 进行回答。 2. 教师出示词组 wash my clothes 及其意思,并提问 What did you do? 然后出现 wash my clothes 的过去式 washed my clothes,教师领读,学生跟读,并用 I washed my clothes. 进 行回答。 3. 教师出示词组 stay at home 及其意思,并提问 What did you do? 然后出现 stay at home 的 过去式 stayed at home,教师领读,学生跟读,并用 I stayed at home. 进行回答。 4. 教师出示词组 watch TV 及其意思,并提问 What did you do? 然后出现 watch TV 的过去式 watched TV,教师领读,学生跟读,并用 I watched TV. 进行回答。 5. 教师展示四个动词的过去式,教师带读,强调词尾-ed 的读音,然后让学生自己读,并背 诵单词。 设计意图:利用动词原形和过去式对比的方式,讲授本课重点短语,帮助学生牢记。 Let’s read 呈现词组,全班一起读、分组读、个人读。 T: Now let’s read the phrases together and then in groups, at last individually. 设计意图:通过不同方式的朗读,帮助学生再次练习巩固短语的发音。 Look, say and spell 课件快速闪现四个词组,让学生说出看到的词组,并拼写。 T: Now let’s play a game. You should say the English words and spell it. 设计意图:通过游戏的方式,提高学生的学习兴趣,进一步巩固本课时所学词汇。 Listen, follow and practice 播放 Let’s learn 部分的录音,让学生听音跟读,并引出句型 How was your weekend? What did you do? 然后请学生两人一组看课本进行对话练习。 T: Now you’ve got to listen and follow. Pay much attention to the pronunciation. Then practice it in pairs. 设计意图:引导学生通过看、听、说、练等途径来巩固本课时的重点词汇。 Language points 通过两个生活实例引出一般过去时特殊疑问句及一般疑问句的句子结构,对句子结构进行分 析和拓展。 —What did you do last weekend/yesterday...? —I played football. —Did you see a film? —Yes, we did. /No, we didn't. 设计意图:通过核心句型及语法知识讲解,使学生更够结合句型结构运用到日常语言交际中。 Step 3 Practice Do a survey and report 教师播放 Do a survey and report 部分的动画演示,然后将学生分成六人一组,每组选一名小 代表在小组内采访其他同学,完成表格,并做报道。 T: Now let’s do exercises. Please turn to page 15, Do a survey and report. First, watch the video. Then I will divide you into groups of six. Each group chooses one student to interview other students. At last the student should make a report. 设计意图:小组内互问互答及最后的总结,可以锻炼学生的口语表达能力。同时引导学生学 会倾听,听取更多的有效信息。 Play a game 教师将学生分成四人一组,玩开火车游戏。A 提问 B“What did you do?”B 回答,然后询问 C。依次类推。 A: What did you do?
