〖Warm up〗
1.场景铺设:The teacher sets up the classroom as the HR department. The
following tasks are all going to be fulfilled within “the HR department.”
The teacher answers a phone call which asks for an HR ad. Teacher
“writes” the ad promptly.Students read it and get to know what an HR ad is.
2. Three titles of HR ads are shown. Students are asked to talk about what
kinds of ability the three ads ask for.

〖While—reading〗
看人才有多“能”
1. Students are asked to read the introductory information about three
people--Peter, Ma Huan and Alan, and answer six questions about them to
know what abilities they have :
2. Students read the three bodies of the ads and match them with the above
three titles. Meanwhile, they need to tell which job is suitable for Peter, Ma
Huan and Alan respectively.
* the reading strategy of key words are used to help students do the
matching.
〖After—reading〗
1. The structure of an HR ad is inferred by students with the help of the
teacher: title-brief intro of the job-time requirement-ability
requirement-interesting or not- ways of contact
2. Several students are asked to put scrips of paper which form two ads into
the category of “title, job, time, ability, interesting and call.”
3. Two students are asked to put the scrips into two complete ads.
