Germany is a great place for those who love walking in the most beautiful environment of
nature. There are many beautiful forests and natural places to relax in Germany.
One of the best places to visit is the Bavarian Forest National Park, which has a large number of
paths and forest roads for visitors to choose from. Some years ago, it was hard for English
speakers to travel in this park between Germany and the Czech Republic (捷克共和国),because it
was hardly covered in English language guidebooks. However, Bavarian Forest Holidays have
now begun to introduce their own English language guides to help visitors make the most of their
trip. Each guide is sent to different groups suitable for families with younger children and older
travellers.
There are even a lot of "Buggy Friendly Walks", which spread out from a central starting point,
and are suitable for people using wheelchairs. And because walking builds up an appetite, there
are also ten "walks to lunch", each of which leads to a different place for a meal.
Walkers all over the world have been passing the "secret" on for years. If you want to walk in
peace, there is no better place than the Bavarian Forest! Now is the perfect time to go there,
because the park has another secret in the forest:the world’s longest tree top walk with an amazing

When Stefano Brunelli was growing up on the Italian island of Sardinia, he used to spend his
summers swimming in the ocean. "The sea here is very special," he says. "There are lots of caves
in the rocks. A lot of them are under the water. My friends and I used to dive into these caves to
look around them. But of course, without lights or air, we couldn't get very far.
Stefano has now turned his hobby into his job. "I became a diving teacher and a guide. I took a
course in diving, and now I teach other divers how to go into these amazing underwater places
safely. It's important that people understand the danger. And it's important that they don't hurt the
sea life or the rocks in the caves.
Cave diving can be more dangerous than other kinds of diving. "If there's a problem, you can't
go straight up for air," Stefano explains. "You have to find a way to go back out of the cave. You
can get lost down there. So for safe cave diving, you need a guide rope to find the way out. You
have to take lights with you. You also have to take more air than you think you will need, because
you might get lost in the cave.
After many years of cave diving, Stefano still loves this dangerous sport. "When I'm under
water, it feels like visiting another world. I love taking people down there and showing them these
strange, beautiful places under the ocean."
