下列句型表示“是该做某事的时候了”。其中的 that 从句是定语从句，其谓语要用“过去
式”或“should+原形”(should 不省略)的虚拟式。

It is high time that sb. did sth. / should do sth. 正是做某事的时候了；早该做某事了
