Step1. Revision
Lead in
T:What sport do you like best ?=What’s your favourite sport ?
What sports are they?
Ask some students to answer the question
(Use some useful ports nouns: (football, table tennis ,swimming ,basketball,
volleyball)
Step2 presentation
Ask the students to ask and answer about sports.
What sport do you like ?
Do you often...after school?
Step 3 Listening
1.ask students to listen to the tape carefully and know the information about these
students .
Listening tips:
Tip 1: Try to guess the answers before listening.
Tip 2: Pay attention to the key words.
Tip 3: Write the first letter of the word if time is limited.
eg: sswimming vvolleyball
2.Listen to the tape again .and according to the information we have
known ,finish A2
T: have you finished the notes .please check the answers.
Then ask students to read the article together.

1.Ask students to answer the questions .

1.Show your report to your parents.
2.Recite the dialogue in the textbook.
Language points:
1. else 是个副词,与不定代词或副词(以-one,-body,-thing,-where 结尾的词)
连用,表示“另外”、“其它”的意思,用于这些词后面。
eg:1). Would you like _________ __________ to drink?
你还要喝点别的什么吗?
2).We went to the park and nowhere _________.
我们到公园去了,其它什么地方也没去。
else 还可用在疑问代词或副词(如:who ,what ,where 等)后面
表示强调。eg :
