2.travel(l)ers
此处应用 it 作形式主语,真正的主语为 to feed pigeons on the streets of
San Francisco。
6.are encouraged

Ⅲ.The Coming-of-Age Ceremony
Last Monday witnessed the exciting Coming-of-Age Ceremony.
All the Senior Three students gathered on the playground at 7:00 sharp in the
morning. There were various activities to celebrate the coming 18-year-old birthday, one of
which was walking across Longmen, which means a brilliant future waiting for us diligent
students. What impressed me most was the oath making moment when all of us swore aloud
what should be done as civilized youths.
Thanks to the ceremony,I realise I have grown up and I should be self-disciplined and
responsible for my behaviour.
